Returns and Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns at this moment. Refunds only carried out upon investigation of unforeseen individual circumstance such as genuine product damage. 


 Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, the risk of loss is transferred to the customer. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter.
